We invest our own capital in public listed companies on the ASX, CSE, TSX and NASDAQ. We invest in private placements, IPO and can also provide structured products and debt funding solutions.

We place and syndicate securities through our established relationships with wholesale investors, investment banks and private equity firms and advise on capital raising and IPOs.
Mergers & acquisitions
We advise on M&A strategy, timing, structure, valuation, financing, and access to acquirers. We have extensive experience with cross border transactions.
Anoosh Manzoori (Chief Executive Director)
Anoosh has extensive investment banking experience across many verticals. His transactional experience includes equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. With over 25 years of transactional experience, he has advised many cross border transactions between Australia and Canada and USA and dealt with a broad range of investor groups including private equity, investment and merchant banks and corporate investment groups. He has completed private placements for several public companies on the ASX and Canada, completed private to public M&A between Australia and Canada and United States. He has taken 6 companies public in North America including a funds management and investment firm where he acted as chairman and director for five years. With extensive public company and board experience, he currently serves as a director of five public companies and has extensive capital markets transactional experience.
Prior to starting his investment banking career, Anoosh was awarded the ’Entrepreneurial Scholarship’ sponsored by Ernst & Young, The American Chamber of Commerce and Playford Capital. He founded one of Australia’s largest cloud hosting companies in his early 20s, reaching over 75,000 customers before selling the company in 2008 to MYOB Limited - the largest listed software company in Australia at the time. Anoosh holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Postgraduate Degree of Business Enterprise.

Justin Hanka
For over 20 years, Justin has been working with founders and entrepreneurs to build their businesses towards an exit. Experienced in cross border M&A transactions, capital raising and capital markets in Australia and North America, Justin brings a wealth of sector expertise in insurance and financial services, ecommerce, fintech, health, pharma and medtech to assist his clients with their divestment strategies.
Prior to corporate advisory, Justin was Chief Operating Officer of comparison site iSelect.com.au (ASX:ISU) where he was instrumental in creating the commercial relationships and operational structures to drive the company’s revenue growth from zero to $100m+ in just a few years. Justin was Chief Executive Officer of helpmechoose.com.au, a banking and insurance comparison service which was sold to Mortgage Choice (ASX: MOC). Justin is Non-Executive Director of Goldcar, a Europcar company (EPA: EUCAR).
